I have been working as a freelance Spanish to English language translator for the past three years, and have experience translating a range of documents–from the moderately technical (business plans, medical progress reports, and marketing power-points) to the creative (personal blogs, songs, and poetry). As a new translator, I am interested in digging into new territory, as well as in projects that challenge my technical ability.
I am most interested in working with new and emerging businesses, NGOs or individuals whose visions, missions or business models fall outside of the usual capitalist paradigm and whose conduct is grounded in ethics that align with my own.
